    Can I use the service for free?

    Yes, the system provides free Base tariff, which is valid indefinitely for all users, but has a number of functional limitations.

    Within 14 days after registration, you are offered a free test period for the extended Team tariff to evaluate even more advantages of our program.

    Are there payment discounts and extra bonuses?

    We offer flexible pricing, to save on subscription costs or get a free subscription there are several ways:

    Purchase a 6 or 12 month subscription. When you pay this way, you get a discount compared to paying monthly. Savings of up to 40,000 rubles per year.

    Periodically we publish promotions or promo codes. Subscribe to us on social networks and follow our updates in our mailing lists.

    If you already use Smetter you can get 14 days of subscription for free, regardless of the tariff you use. For example, you can tell us about your experience using Smetter or place our banner on your website or online platform.

  • Question:
    How do I pay for my subscription?
    Response:
    To pay for a subscription, you need to go to your profile, click on the "Pay subscription" button and follow the instructions. A downloadable invoice is available, as well as payment by bank card, including via SBP. Please note, only the company administrator can pay for a subscription.

    I don't want the customer, subcontractor or employee to see certain information. How can access be configured?

    Access rights of all members of your team can be easily managed in the corresponding section of the service. If necessary, you can hide or show only the information you need.
  • Question:
    Is there integration with other systems and services?
    Response:
    Yes, we currently have integration with Tinkoff online bank. Users of the Business tariff have the opportunity to connect their account in Smetter and exchange data on debits and receipts, as well as generate draft payments in one click.
  • Question:
    Where can I find FER and TER directories in the program?
    Response:
    Our system is not compatible with these directories. Smetter has its own database of rates for materials and work throughout Russia and the CIS, which are regularly updated by our estimating department in accordance with the market situation.
  • Question:
    Are there quotation databases from suppliers?
    Response:
    An extensive database of retail prices is available in Smetter, taking into account the rates of different regions. You can also create and use your own directories with your suppliers' rates.
  • Question:
    How many employees can be added to the service?
    Response:
    Depending on the plan, up to 20 employees can be invited to Smetter. You can read more about the tariffs at the link.
  • Question:
    What documents can be uploaded?
    Response:
    A large number of construction documents can be created and exported in Estimator. For example, documents for the object: a summary estimate and a commercial proposal, a contract of works, a reconciliation act on the object, an order on appointment of responsible persons.

    For the customer: an estimate/commercial proposal in PDF or Excel format, a schedule of works, a payment plan, a commercial proposal/summary estimate on the object, a reconciliation act, a certificate of acceptance, a certificate of cost of completed works and costs in the form of KS-3, an invoice for payment.

    For a subcontractor: subcontractor's agreement, work assignment, settlement reconciliation act, acceptance act of subcontractor's work in the form of KS-2, certificate of cost of completed work and expenses in the form of KS-3, logbook of completed work in the form of KS-6a.

    Internal documents: budget estimates, procurement budget.
  • Question:
    Can I add my own documents?
    Response:
    You can add your own contracting agreement to the Estimator. Data on estimates will be added there automatically.

    To work with any documentation on the object in Smetter the file storage is realized.
  • Question:
    Is there a boxed version? Does it work without internet?
    Response:
    No, the boxed version is not available. Smetter is a cloud-based service, meaning you can use the system from anywhere in the world without being tied to a specific computer or laptop.
  • Question:
    How do I add an employee?
    Response:
    You can add an employee to the company in the "Employees" tab in the company settings.

    To add an employee to the estimate, you should go to the corresponding tab of the estimate and click on the icon of adding a user near the name of the position. Manager can be added in the "Estimate Editor" tab, Purchaser and Foreman - in the "Purchases" and "Works" tabs respectively.
  • Question:
    How do I print a sales proposal?
    Response:
    You can download a quote for the estimate by clicking the "Export" button in the "Customer Estimate" tab. Commercial offer for the property is available on the property page in the "Documents" block.
  • Question:
    Why are the acts blank?
    Response:
    The certificates are formed on the basis of data on work performed and materials supplied. To ensure that the data is reflected in the acts in a timely manner, employees should regularly enter the relevant information in the "Works" and "Purchases" tabs.

    We also recommend that you specify the rules for forming the act in the company settings or for individual estimates.
